I don't know how this app got this rating, By far the most pathetic and useless banking app I've encountered yet, plus the branch and online onboarding team has no sense of coordination, Service center called me to visit the branch while branch informed me to contact them digitally for digital account, Don't know whether they're operating a bank or a prankster's YouTube channel.

Pathetic service. I called helpline to add my email ID to receive otp. Till now not added. Called 2nd time on helpline they told me to wait email ID will be added automatically. Till now email ID is not added. Only option is to add email ID is my calling HBL helpline. How can an overseas Person call from registered mobile number when its on roaming.

I have a very bad experience with hbl customer support. My family and I have around 10 12 accounts with hbl, and we are going to close our business and personal accounts due to their worst service. I am not recommending anyone to use this bank service.
