You can check your Rewards points and benefits, see how many points you should earn to move to the next tier and which offers are available to you! The shopping area has a much improved navigation, essential now that you can redeem your Rewards points online. The App will give you personalized shopping recommendations and allow you to favorite items on your wishlist. I would recommend!

★★☆☆☆ I have a Loyalty Account with Harrods and even though I am logged in, I have to log in when shopping, even worse, it does not recognize the correct username and password. If I go online in the browser I usually use there is no problem. This needs to be recognized immediately!

★★☆☆☆ Rewards do not show in the app even after logging out and back in. App is clumsy and useless, might as well log on to the website and uninstall.
