The app will choose what appears to be a random location you've been around in the past as the restaurant to place your order if you don't change it anytime the app loads or restarts. If you do accidently place an order where you can't pick it up you have no form of recourse. Hardens online ordering will email you confirmation of your order, but they only provide a phone number for the restaurant you've placed your order at, and they claim to have no way to cancel or refund orders. Scumbags

Worst food app I use. Promos advertised on the main home screen won't apply to order. Plus the promos and rewards are less lucrative than the other places.
