One star because at least they don't have ads in the app, however the app no longer functions since the last update on 3/22. Just goes to a black screen instead of the login when opening. Cannot log in or access anything via the app. Forced into using browser site instead. Update on 3/30: It took a week, but the app is functional again. All in all it's simple enough to use a that's about all one can ask for other than quicker fixes to major app breaking issues.

I need help paying more than my regular payments. Once I get to the By tapping "Confirm" page to authorize my payment there's no Confirm tap. I uninstalled and installed again same issue. What do I need to do?

I am still trying to make a payment through the app and the confirm button to complete the transaction is still not available on the screen to finish the transaction. So the app is still not serving its main purpose of paying my bill.

This is my second time trying to use the app to make a payment. First time making I couldn't and had to go to the website. Today I'm trying to pay through the app, and it will not show the confirm button to complete the payment transaction. I tried scrolling down, flipping the phone sideways but nothing is allowing the confirm button to show. So the app is not serving its main purpose at this point.
