Can't even log on, and when I receive the email to reset my password it does not take me to a password reset page. It prompts me to reinstall the app.

Tried to log in through ny Cigna affiliation and Happily jeeps asking me to prove I'm not a robot. Hence, not allowing on to the app. Disappointed.
