★★☆☆☆ Since the update it doesn't tell you what card is for which account when you click manage cards.they're all labeled current account. This is a pain in the butt as you can't tell which account it relates to on the main screen either. Have to go and get the wallet out. Not impressed. The contact us option at the bottom is just an Ai chatbot, and it's useless. Asks you the same thing over and over again and doesn't give a solution. Very poor upgraded app in my opinion.

★★☆☆☆ Used to be so good! What's going on Halifax? Signing in is a nightmare! It keeps saying wrong code... I come out of it, try again, it wants the same numbers as previously. Normally works on the third time you come out of the app and sign in with the same numbers again. Very frustrating! I had to change all my details the other day! Please fix it.

★★☆☆☆ Can't authenticate so unable to buy anything online. You get a notification to approve the purchase, the app opens, and you're just shown the account landing page with no way to approve the transaction. Honestly wish i didn't bank with Halifax
