I used this application more than 1.5 years. This application is helpful. But, we cannot believe this application 100% to decide which one is halal or not halal. In some case I found that the application said this food halal, but after rechecked it, I found that foods comprised meat/pork, chicken and alcohol/sakes. For developer, please update your application regularly to avoid the user missed buying not halal food. For the user, I recommends rechecking the ingredients of the food regularly.

I really appreciate this initiative by developers JazakALLAH. But I have many concerns on searching hallal items by this app. I advise all muslim fellows NOT to totally rely on this app rather check the ingredients of the product you're going to buy. It has happened to me about 5–6 times, I bought items indicated as hallal level-1 in this app, but after having doubtful taste when checked ingredients, it had pork, emulsifier. Apart from hanging&misleading, more than 50% products are not listed in.

I found 2 products claimed as halal level 2 by halal Japan, but when I checked the back side of the packaging, there was alcohol included in the ingredients, and there was one with the same line production with gelatin (this should be rated halal level 3). My friend tried to email but no clear confirmation until I wrote this. Please be more responsible!
