★★☆☆☆ I downloaded the book "GUNASENA SUPA SHASTA" a few days ago. But the book is not opened and the software suddenly disappears. Re-downloaded the software several times and re-downloaded the book as per the instructions. Called the hotline number twice but till now there is no solution. They only talk about returning the money and do not get a solution to our problem. This makes us uncomfortable, and we do not expect anything like this from your company.

★★☆☆☆ I can't read my stuff in the PC. try to develop a platform to read on PC. When purchased I should be able to download and read offline. But I don't see it's possible.
