This app is really helpful and time saving. Shows the real time location of the buses. One thing that should be improved, it must be notified if any route diversion of the buses due to any construction work. People wait for a long and waste their time when bus divert its route.

Sometimes the machines don't work for adding values in card and the passengers do not have money. What's the benefit of using the Bus card if sometimes you've to pay instead of using your card just because the internet is not working, and I wouldn't be able to top up my card. Please fix this, or rather give a top-up machine like metro stations have but at specific locations to handle the security of those top-up devices.

I tried to stop the bus at the bus stop driver have clearly seen me waiting at the bus stop but fully ignored me and take the bus without stopping incident timming 3:15 pm fully disappointed with Gurugaman bus driver as well as by the application. Even this app and their appointed staff deserves 1-star rating. I request if you are unable to feel the passengers feelings waiting in such a hot waether then you should close your bus services. You are just looting passengers not providing any service.

Shows incorrect schedule for buses. Can not trust the timetable that is showing in the app. Its shows the bus every 10 or 20 min bus arrives after 40-45 or later.

Ticket doesn't come even after payment and conductor remove from bus and behaves very rudely
