Ok. I'm editing my good review. The past 3 days my group chats don't update with new posts. I can see that there are new posts, but when I open the chat, it's old posts. This just started happening. I've never had this issue for the past 10 years I've used the app. What is the resolution?

I have to use this app to communicate with co-workers and my bosses but right now there's a "spring break" thing that pops up when the app opens and the button to dismiss it is underneath my home/back buttons on my phone, meaning I can't dismiss it. I could be missing important information for work
