★★★★★ I love Grokked! It's paid for through my work, which is a big plus, and it has a ton of variety in kinds of workouts as well as levels of workouts! It makes working out at home or while traveling so easy!

★★☆☆☆ I still cannot watch any of the videos using the app through my smartphone. It sputters too much. I've been trying to watch them on my phone for almost two years and the issue has still not been corrected. Very unhappy.

★★☆☆☆ If you are a man and want video suggestions that are for men, this isn't for you. 95% of what they suggest are for women. The videos suggested are not challenging. I get suggestions that are for pregnancy workouts or for 100 pound girls. I am a dude. I am zero % female. If you want videos for men, try another app.

★★☆☆☆ I love the concept and that my company is connected with this app, but it doesn't connect with Samsung health or myfitnesspal. If it did, this would be the most perfect app.

★★☆☆☆ Great choice of workouts and general well-being choices but unfortunately almost all the mental health videos stop around 2–3 mins, not helpful whe you're trying to de-stress!!
