★★☆☆☆ App is broken, password reset doesn't work and doesn't match up with the instructions on the website. Unable to pay rent. The website I use to pay rent is also broken! That is literally the most important thing, and it is completely broken and useless

★★☆☆☆ I have never been so happy to delete an app off my phone since tinder. Grey star you are a terrible company with terrible ethics. I can honestly tell you I've never actually hated someone until you took over my apartment complex. I honestly hope you all live your lives with regret. The way you treat your tenants is terrible. I don't wish anything negative on you, but I want you to know your company is 100 percent immoral. But overall the app works fine lol

★★☆☆☆ I am sitting in the apartment that I pay rent on and Grey star sends emails to, and the app tells me it doesn't recognize me or the name of the property where I live. It pretty much sucks and uninstalled it immediately.
