Really easy to find on the Website, advertising on TV, is where I noticed the Green Flag, my husband used to work for Green Flag many years ago, so good to see such a reliable name back, to help people, at a distressing time, for when you need to use your car, and at least you have the easement of knowing your car is covered if you brake down at anytime.

£4.50 to use the app I found this out when I tried the app to see if it was still working and when it ran out but directed me to call green flag it's now 10 Dec they informed my policy does not end until February but costs £4.50 every time I use the app told them I will not be renewing my policy and asking 6 security questions is to many questions and over the top for a telephone conversation. I will not be with this money grabbing company!

Useless. Can't add my policy on this app using the policy number or registration number. So I have to carry the paper documents.

My policy has started today, but the app won't let me add my policy onto the app asked me whether I set up the policy within the last 3 days, and I answered no, because I'd set it up 7 days ago. When I entered the policy number it didn't do anything, and the policy wasn't added, there were no error msgs If I said that the policy was added in the last 3 days (which isn't true) it says it is a pending policy! Why didn't it warn me when I first correctly said it wasn't in the last 3 days

I used this app to report a breakdown in Leicestershire, and it tried to allocate breakdown service in Cambria. Rubbish app. Call them instead
