Being able to verify checks and check your bank balance remotely is super useful. So useful, in fact, that I wish it wasn't a complete crap shoot whether the app will actually open or just crash when you try to log in. If they could actually fix the app, it would almost certainly be worth using more.

I haven't had to balance a check book in about 20 years until this app. It will show me a charge, have my "account balance" be the same as my "available balance" without actually having subtracted a charge from either balance, so it shows more money than what is actually available & by doing so enables overspending on things like groceries only to pound you into the negatives. Keep those math skills handy, people. This system is awful.

Used app to scan a couple checks for deposit. Checks did not show up as deposited or pending. App would then not let me log back in. Deposited checks at an ATM only to have app deposits show up days later. I was told there was no way to back the transactions out, so now I get to pay a returned check penalty on 3 checks. Thanks.

Pertaining to the app balances: it's very confusing for me to comprehend the way the balances are set up. I still get confused. Other than how the charges' balances show the app is ok.
