It was so easy! All I had to do was aim and the app took it from there. Wonderful! Today is April 27. I had to move funds to this account and could not go through phone banking. I decided to do this instead. As usual, it worked efficiently, easily, and pain-free. I don't have to wait for the credit union to open to transfer the funds. It's done and off my list. Great app!!

This is the most difficult non-intuitive banking app ever made. My previous credit union app would transfer directly from my external bank account to my CU loan. Not this one, no. External checking to internal savings, internal savings to loan. Plus the whole process takes A WEEK.

The inability to make a direct payment on my loan is an inconvenience. Having to transfer funds from my external checking account to my share account and then to the loan is a real nuisance.

This app is always having issues or "technical difficulties"!! Every time I change my password it days "we're sorry we're having technical difficulties" This is why I always use the call 24 service and the browser version is way better than the app.
