There is always an issue. Making everyone change passwords VERY often even if you use the fingerprint is really annoying. And the constant headache of almost harassment on closing an in active account even though it isn't make banking with great erie more of a pain than anything. As soon as I possibly can, I will be closing my accounts and moving banks. I have alot more to say but not enough space to say it. Less than 1 star...

The app is very limited for GEFCU credit card users. There is no visible transaction history, and you can't add a third party bank to pay your credit card via the app just as you can with almost every major credit provider. A few updates to the app would make significant UI improvements.

After the last Android update app does not work at all. Crashes before I can even enter my username.

I had been using this app for banking for a while now, then suddenly as of the beginning of Dec. 2023 the app doesn't work and crashes every time I try to use it. I can never get my password on the login step completed before it crashes. I have cleared the cookies & cache, tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times but nothing fixes this issue. It only started doing this ever since Android did an update on my good pixel phone. Does work on my husband's phone either.
