As a software tester, I will fail this app. Can't launch sing pass app for sing pass login. Keeps going to the play store and showing the sing pass application page. Ludicrous! Your software testers did not do their job.

★★☆☆☆ I tried the premium subscription for the AI application section, but am now unable to unsubscribe. It's a weekly subscription that I can't get out of. On the plans section there is a button to unsubscribe, it asks for feedback and then when you press to unsubscribe a circle comes up like it's loading and then goes back to the same page. No email confirming. There's also no way for me to change or remove my bank details. They're not anywhere on the website. Tried emailing but heard nothing back.
