★★★★★ Many years of using GPS Waypoints App to locate gold prospecting claims & recording each spot we've found gold, highly recommend it! Easy & accurate! Would be 5 stars if the app retained the "Map Waypoints" selection and "Trail" visibility when I need to add a new Waypoint. After adding one, and saving it to the same folder, I have to start over to see them all mapped again. Re-selecting Trails to show is awful! (Claim boundaries for us.) Otherwise, good app for outdoor activities.

★★★★★ Great app! Accurate GPS function, super low battery use (though recommend NOT recording a trail, as this kills the battery in no time) and a bunch of useful tools like sunrise/sunset, compass, distance travelled/distance remaining etc. The UI seems a little busy, with a number of different menus, settings and tool buttons, and these don't feel intuitive in their organization. But on the whole I think this app is brilliant value for money.

★★☆☆☆ Vector maps have not been updated in the last 2–3 years. If you don't download (and use) your raster maps - you may end up in the bushes... The app is only as good as the latest maps.

★★☆☆☆ Totally lame gps app. You can make waypoints, but you cannot connect waypoints to make a route. Making a route is basic gps/waypoint function. I want my money back.

★★☆☆☆ Draw Trail feature is worthless. You can't zoom to your present location when draw trail is active. It starts zoomed out, and you must manually fine your location. When you start drawing you can't move the screen to finish the trail. I didn't bother checking further. Also, when recording a trail, it dances around when you're standing still.

★★☆☆☆ This app will not get a lock on my location. I've sitting at the top of a hill for 30 minutes. Followed the instructions in help. Downloaded GPS Reset, did the reset, still no lock on this app, but I can get a lock with GPS Reset app. What the hell? I'm using the ad free version too. I want to a refund.
