★★☆☆☆ The latest update has caused features of closing the curtain on a certain percentage not working anymore. It's either open/close curtain all the way. Disappointing!

★★☆☆☆ The camera is great, but accessing video history is complicated, setting up the doorbell on a new phone device is more difficult than YouTube makes it seem, and customer service is shameful. I can't wait to end my services.

★★☆☆☆ It has gone downhill. I ask Google to do the same thing Every NIGHT! Now she hasn't a clue. I tell it to open Pandora, and now it opens Spotify. Seriously? I have been making calls from it for years, and now it can't master that task anymore. It keeps telling me that it needs permission from the app. Why now? I haven't changed anything. The point of an upgrade is to make it BETTER not needlessly difficult and not worse that it was. It has drastically gone downhill. It's going to the trash.
