Notifications don't pop up half the time, jobs come up last minute, you only get a minute to decide too because once you get a job offer it's gone just as quickly as it came. It's literally timed. I've had the app for months and haven't worked a single shift because of these issues and support doesn't really listen they just get upset or ignore me because I want more jobs with more notice and for the notification thing to work. At least 1-2 days notice. Not the day of.

App and customer service is complete trash. All minimum wage jobs working in convenience stores at circus. Promises "union wages" but you're lucky to get $12-13 an hour in a non-union position. And don't dare get sick or cancel your position and give them 48 hours notice because they will still kick you off the app. Simply a bad service where they make more money off of you per hour then you make.

If I could rate zero stars I would. Like I mean the issues with Goodwrx in Las Vegas is absolutely, and literally I mean never ending. They offer u a job and quite literally 10 seconds later you cannot see nor accept the offer. After timeless complaints about this and getting help logging in, text messaging them is useless, I mean I wish I could post some of the meaningless responses they give with no type of help I mean OH BOY!! It's so bad I don't even look at the app any more period.
