They are actually very involved & if something isn't working, they may respond with the usual fix response....but if you take a screenshot of what's going on & let them know you did all the other suggestions, they will look I to it & let you know what they found. The problem I was having they found everyone was & they were working on it & it isn't now fixed. There are smaller bugs, but the content is worth it! Join!
