Used Good fellas last night... Was a bit worried because the company never communicated that they received the booking. But when the driver showed up, he waited patiently while we quickly greeted all our friends, and then brought us home. He took such great care of our car, even pulled over (on a safe place) when we thought the car is making a funny noise. I felt so at ease knowing we're in safe hands. Good fellas deserves to be advertised more!

Spent an hour trying to figure this app out. Not very friendly and after
hours still waiting for my password and the call from the center regarding
a quote. Eventually went with Uber. As a 10-year member of good fellas
previously, I am surprised they allowed this to be released. Skip it if u
can.

What a terrible, terrible experience... I was charged R500 for a driver... I booked for a certain time... Nobody came... I called, only to be casually told that it could be another 2 hours before a driver was available. I had to make a plan to get home... I now have to contact my bank to get a refund because I was ripped off and lied to. Don't waste your time with good fellas read all the reviews! The reason why they all give one star is that we are terrible, terrible, terrible...

Surely the company and its developers should read the reviews of the app. It clearly states that the home address can't be saved and guess what, I had the same issue. So I can't book the service I need. What a way to lose business!
