I like being able to check my balances, transfer between my savings, checking and my children's accounts. Being able to turn my cards on or off is handy also. The check deposit by phone is a good feature but the few times I have used it I have had it glitch on me and take me back to the start. After a few tries it worked, but it would be nice if it were fixed. Also, I have had my account with goldenest for many years. Credit unions are best, and I love the service they give. Definitely recommend

I love how inconvenient and clunky this terrible app is! Can't transfer directly from between accounts like you could a year ago. Now you have to go to a special transfer screen where you have to go into another screen to select the accounts then you can transfer. And when it brings up the dialog, "do you want to make another transfer?" it doesn't bring you back to the accounts screen whether you say yes or no. Brilliant, genius design! You guys are so smart! Do you use your own apps?!

Have always loved GCU mobile app. BUT after the last update in which "Cloudflare" verifying was added to the sign in screen, I can't log in every time now. What's happening is "Login" button will not light up until Cloudflare does its thinking and green check mark. Problem is that Cloudflare is NOT showing up Each Time to "verify", thus the Login in button Never lights up to log into the app. My whole family banks with GCU and have this issue on their apps too. Please fix this issue! Thanks
