★★★★★ Helpful BUT... ....there are a lot of bugs. Sometimes I can't find and select my location. Also, my previous locations are not reflected on the location history list. I already updated the apps yet these still happen. Please fix this!

★★☆☆☆ This app is funny, I booked for the comfort one, but it's always far away. I booked again for the usual one, the driver said he didn't have the helmet for me. Why did he become a driver if he couldn't provide the facility like passenger's helmet? Sucks!!!

★★☆☆☆ Gopaylater = money trap. Nearest option on go food also include farther in the line-up (did they paid for it?) Some of your drivers are not even following usual faster GPS route as if they don't trust the map. Would you kindly remind your driver to TURN OFF their app if they've FINISHED their SHIFT or on break, or ect? Another money wasted for a long go car drive. Seriously, is this a money sink or something? One last thing, the help menu is lazy and sucks.

★★☆☆☆ When it comes to encountering problems on Go Food, beware. There's no way to solve other than your order being cancelled, with only bots and automatic responses. Ordered food for a relative and had a problematic driver/restaurant combo and there were no updates given by any parties involved for an hour. Please make users be able to chat with agents and restaurants. Was very unsatisfied with the response of cancelling the order without any effort trying to solve the problem. Also, I subscribed.
