So you have to sign in with OKTA. What.on earth is that? MENTION of registration of sims. Usual PH Telecoms incompetence.

No guidance. Poor customer svc-csvs. Bots are not helpful. Csvc is in name only. Past 6 wks needed problem solvers b4 new app dropped. After, csvs only a house of mirrors. Now I suffer in silence. I purchased prepaid Wi-Fi over 2wks as the horror movie began. Now I struggle to access account. Or understand my usage. I have bought load unnecessarily. And I have NEVER been able to review trans hx in app. Who ever created or update app wasn't a friend.
