A bit confusing to register and start using the app. Once done it works pretty well.

So far the app download, profile creation and login process have gone well. I see many complaints about this login process versus actual application features which I have not yet needed to use. I open the app, FIRST created my profile using my GeoBlue certificate number, and everything seems fine. I can imagine there could be challenges if a new user went directly to loading their email and GeoBlue app PW into the Global TeleMD app before first creating their Global TeleMD profile.

This app rarely works. Human lives have some meaning. Not for Global TeleMD. App crashes, providing "Internal server error", and other issues. Tlaloc cares about money, not humans.

If you are a GeoBlue travel insurance customer, the trick in creating an account on Global TeleMD is to use the Certificate # in GeoBlue's Program Confirmation email as the number for the Member/Certificate Number/Access Code in the Global TeleMD app before you create your username and password on the Global TeleMD app. I wish GeoBlue would mention it in its welcoming email.
