If you have a pet 👍 just add it as a note. Drivers have been great and helpful. If you have mobility issues 👍 always helpful. Apps handy and taxi is normally here quicker than the app says. Don't really do reviews, but when yr mobility isn't good it makes things easier

What is the point of pre-booking a taxi, only to get a notification 5 minutes before you've booked it to get a message saying you're only just now assigning a driver, and that it's really busy, so it might be a while... Useless.

Awful experience. Prebooking service is a joke. They don't prebook they assign a driver at the time booked, not before. Had to cancel vet appointment as they couldn't assign a driver despite prebooking 8 hours earlier. Shoddy. I'll be using Uber again.

Makes you confirm upfront, then charges you a fee to cancel when, after 20 mins, it hasn't found you a taxi. Meanwhile, several Glasgow Taxis with yellow lights showing pass you by.
