★★★★★ Big fan of the nice simple approach, and built on top of an amazing web app! Moved over from HubSpot and I'm loving it. Not fully as robust as HubSpot, but all the main stuff is there, perfect for SMBs. No, not an employee and not a promo post, just a current customer who is already a big fan!

★★★★★ I have been using the Gist set of tools for two years now on a few different business websites and have really been loving all the different functions. I especially enjoyed how easy it was to add and set up the chat box on my site. This chat box is far better for communicating instantly with possible clients than over email. 5/5 Stars for me :)

★★☆☆☆ Notification are not appearing and missed many conversations. Without mobile notification, this app is of no use

★★☆☆☆ Conversations doesn't load properly. Hangs multiple times. Worse experience. :(

★★☆☆☆ I regally miss messages from potential customers as I do not receive push notifications.
