★★★★★ Customer service is great, as are the services themselves. Just some small hiccups but not certain it can be faulted to anyone from Fiber. Speedy services and very professional techs.

★★☆☆☆ Google fiber is awful I pay $70 for 1 Gig and I get maybe 16 mg download speeds plus this is the second time there's been a "service outtage" in my area in 2 weeks I absolutely hate this company, will not be using it again.

★★☆☆☆ After upgrading to a new Google fiber wifi6 router the app wouldn't update to the new router identity. Controlled are lacking even for the old router.
