Lost all of my backup videos incl the only one of my late pooch checked everywhere, and they are gone so upset and had this app for years!!! Now I cannot access!!!, Find a better way!!! Get no response when you ask for help. DOES NOT BACK UP EVERYTHING & LOOSES A LOT. ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH WISH THERE WAS A ZERO STAR!!!!!!

Always crashing; says it hasn't backed up in 2 months...when I hit back up now-- it crashes. I've had app since 2014/2015...back then it was reliable--now it's a nuisance (and probably kills my battery doing NOTHING!). The responses from support to the many issues customers are experiencing speaks volumes of how unreliable support is. It's a bit more $$, but a paid subscription on Google Drive has served me well the last few years when I saw that GCloud (which is NOT Google) was going down hill.
