I try to log on at least once a week to balance my checkbook and more than half the time I get an error message of some kind. When I can actually log on it's a very useful app. I can check on my purchases and transfer money from one account to another. This has been very helpful on many occasions, when I'm actually able to log on. Very frustrating. *update: After many years, the app is finally very useful. From 1 star to 4. Still can't upload checks to account. Have to go to bank for deposits.

I could have made a better app, and I don't code. Switching banks because my card is locked out at least once a month because of "suspicious activity." When I call to ask what the activity is, it's the same gas station, restaurant, store, same everything I go to every week. Why lock my card out for a transaction I make EVERY WEEK?. That's besides the point, though. The app straight up doesn't work on Android most of the time. Just won't even open, or it will say my password is wrong.

I tried to set up belle, but apparently this app has a feature for belle, so I'm required to use the banks app for belle, but I've tried everything and the bank's app's belle feature doesn't even work. So now I can't use belle at all

Update your Ap. Just got new phone and ap won't open. Phone number to call for account balance doesn't work either. It may be time to move my money. Thanks, FSB, it's been a not so great 2 of the last 29 years.
