The company changed the app, again, for a 3rd time, and the migration process did not work, and I lost all my points from the previous version. The previous version was fine just the way it was, why freaking change something if it's not broken.

Horrible...you can't use any of your points by ordering through the app, you have to go inside and eat or wait in the drive-thru line. Also, there is no way to get your points credited for eat-in or drive through orders if you have a paper receipt. Neither the app nor the website works in terms of manually trying to enter the serial number on the receipt.

This is a horrible app. I had 85 points of a rewards balance. When I went to redeem 60 points for a free dessert, I was not given any choices for a dessert to choose from. It just deducted the 60 points off of my rewards balance, and did not allow me to order the dessert. Deleting the app.
