Everything was easy to order, and my order was correct when I picked it up. However, there is no way to request WET walnuts as a topping for a sundae. When I dine in at a Friendly's and request wet walnuts there is no problem. When requesting walnuts as a topping on the mobile app, they are only DRY walnuts.

Time to update my review. Update #1: the app is broken. It will not allow anyone to place an order. I've tried uninstalling the app. I've talked with others who use the app. There is just no way to place an order in the app! Complete garbage! Update #2: It appears that after about 8 months the app started working again. Nothing needed to be done, the app just seems to have turned on! But now I can't select my ice cream flavors when ordering a Jim Dandy Sunday! PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE!

FRIENDLY IN HAVERHILL TERRIBLE. All the food was old, salad was slimey, and our "large sundaes" were one scoop of ice cream in a large cup. What a joke.

They took away the rewards where you could earn a free sundae and the accompanying check in feature. They now require you to sign up for a new club (even if you were already in the old one) and apparently you have to just wait for coupons to come. The food has been terrible for a couple of years now; I only come for the ice cream, and now we can no longer earn free sundaes by being a good customer. Just another way the quest for profits are screwing the customers.

Just tried to order a Reese's peanut buttercup sundae and couldn't change the ice cream flavor. Not everyone wants vanilla ice cream. Plus now with the app none of my rewards come up. This is probably the worst food app I use.
