Edited review after concern is resolved. Had great experience with fresh day offline shopping, but I had few issues while ordering items online with them. I posted my feedback here and after their reply here, I mailed them my issue. They resolved the issue immediately and also apologized for the same.Also, they accepted few of my requests to stop this kind of issues in the future. Ordered fruits and vegetables for a bill of 343 but when I got the items bill was 532 and when asked the delivery person was not able to clear, I asked to connect to manager he told due to change in weight rate changes and I can cancel the order. If rate is varying due to change in weight it shouldn't happen that item ordered is 500 gm and you are delivering 1.45 kg that too without intimating the customer. And is this a resolution that I can cancel the order. What about time invested for both u & me

I have ordered items and bill amount came as 500rs, they have missed an item. When reached to shop about a missing item they agreed that item is out of stock. But they made the bill amount compensated with the price to 500rs. They told will check and contact but no proper response from shop also customer service. Keelkalatai fresh day.
