I don't care about data privacy, but for the conspiracy theorist here that
think that abbott will see your precious blood sugar levels should read
about how a secure cloud server works. Also, if my data helps abbott to make
better products that help my life they can use it. This is a product that
nobody forces you to use. Don't like it go back to old-fashioned blood stip

The App is working great for me. But since the last update I keep getting a notification "new sensor is ready" several times a day... 3 days after activating the current sensor. Please fix this. :-)

Absolutely horrible customer support. After my phone dying I wanted to switch to a new one with the current sensor that was still on me. The app gave an error that the "Sensor was not compatible with this version of the app" even though it says that you can switch phones in the middle of using a sensor. I had to start a new sensor and throw the old one away. Customer support more or less told me that you can't switch phones, as that feature isn't supported, even though it says so in the app!

On the business trip in Latin America, with no access to the proper pharmacies, got myself in to bad situation because suddenly: Sensors are not starting, restarting in the 60-min cycles. Had two extra with me, long waiting times online to be connected to the help line (6EUR a min calls to Europe), just to be dropped after several minutes of speaking to the operator. Operator cant provide the direct number nor are not able to call back if the line drops. Never ever rely on this product. Its dangerous, you may get left without monitoring and with no proper help. Always take a glucometer with you, just in case.
