Am a huge user of lime - no joke and usually ride at least 30 mins a day, but tonight there was no lime bikes around and im getting constantly sick of lime bike issues. Used forest for the first time tonight and wow.... I'm converted. It has perks, it's cheaper, and the bike is actually ALOT more comfortable to ride. Very seamless experience and will be saying goodbye to lime bikes now.

I am adding this comment to highlight the false advertisement for "10 minutes free daily". I am not sure how this stands legally, but to unlock a ride, you will have to pay £1.9 to unlock these 10 minutes, every day!! It uses to be £1 per ride, now they have increased it to £1.9 by adding a £0.9 for the first ride of the day. Guys, people who care about environment (forest?) will also care about transparency and misleading terms and conditions.

BUNDLES NO LONGER HAVE ACCESS TO THE DAILY FREE MINUTES. Bikes are often failing, and their bundles keep getting more expensive, especially with this new awful first in system. If you buy a bundle, you no longer have access to the daily free minutes. With the new system, if you bike to work 15 minutes and back, 5 days a week 4 times a month, that's 600 minutes, so now you'll need to buy it twice in one month. Time to start looking for another bike provider

Used to be one of the best ebike services, but has become worse and worse. App is buggy, slow, logs you out randomly, so you might need to log in unexpectedly while in a hurry to get somewhere. They've now added annoying pop-ups and ads. Price increases. Huge areas of London are marked no parking for Human Forest, but Uber lime bikes work fine in these areas. Didn't use to be so bad, it's a shame because it used to be the best option, but now I've decided to delete it.
