The app works as intended. So far the only slight negative I have is that the inbuilt notification is the worst sound I've heard an app use. Immediately had to change it in settings to my preference. An improvement I could suggest is to be able to see the customers adress alongside the restaurant adress. What I mean is you can't precisely see the customers adress before you have picked up the order from the restaurant. This could potentially allow for faster availability and convenience.

I am using the app for almost 4 months now, and I am getting a lot of delays and crashes. I need to kill the app and try again but even so, the app doesn't start. When new "available sessions" time comes I am on time in the app and nothing is coming up. Empty all days. Very slow app with bad system. There are maybe some drivers who accept all the shifts (letting the rest of the drivers with NO shifts available) and then swap the ones that they don't want. Find a solution for that. 2 stars for now

I don't understand how we will get the big bag with us home and take it to the work every day. There is no parking for you bike, and you have to take it back home also or leave it in the street. Weird job

The app is not reliable about twice a year in average when some crucial bugs in app's behavior appear, which ruin completely your performance statistics for the next month and one stays out of work for a month due to this.
