★★★★★ Worst company ever. - They will straight out REFUSE to refund you if you've gotten the wrong order "too many times" Refused me after 5. (yes that's illegal). - Some of their partners will mess up your order 9/10 times. - Drivers are rude and will call you to come to their car to pick up your order regardless of choosing contactless delivery. If you're disabled, they don't care. They'll leave it outside. - AI-like customer support - Will switch out items in your order randomly without asking

★★☆☆☆ Customer service is horrible, an order was marked with special cooking instructions due to allergies, the delivered food had said ingredients, customer service just apologized ane said they would give the restaurant feedback... that's all, no compensation or a new meal, just toss the food and the money spent.

★★☆☆☆ Had a time limited deal, 4 minutes left. On the summary discount is applied. Switched apps to pay with mobile pay, didn't check the price and of course was charged the full price. On the order summary no mention of the discount and when talking to their customer support they had no intention of helping, no reimbursement or anything and the girl closed the chat when I pushed back? Worst experience ever.

★★☆☆☆ Our last order was delayed big time, and we talked to the restaurant. They made an estimation of 60 min. to prepare the food, but the app showed only 40 min. I believe the restaurant owner who told me that foodora shows wrong times to be more attractive as a delivery app. Complaints for delays will go to the restaurant directly who are not to be blamed at all.
