Loved the app, but the ui is not, so user-friendly like pathao foods it would be good if it would look like pathao foods ui It doesn't show restaurant closed or not at nighttime while pathao food does if it showed when the food is going to be delivered like the same as pathao foods it would be good overall would recommend changing the ui tbh

Very disappointing and annoying service from Foodpanda. I ordered single pasta from a restaurant that was to close 9:30, Foodpanda called me and confirmed the order made me wait 30–40 mins then called again to say restaurant was closed, I ordered again from a different place from the app again after being told this wouldn't happen again and guess what exactly same this happened again. And when asked all they could compensate was for delivery fee. Wasted hour and a half of my time and hunger.
