They deliver very late it takes 1 hour to one and half hour. When I track it is showing preparing then I called customer care she told the rider is already on the way. They are not so confirm where n wat is goin on, and it didn't update the rider number also.foodganj should provide the rider number and Rider name.

Super worst service ever. The ladies who handle the call are the one who created this problem. If anyone reading this review, please do not use this app for requesting delivery, you have plenty of better options in market. This really ruined me, not recommended at all. Dear Foodgunj, if you are trying to do real business, please train your staffs as they can help your customers in right way. Disappointed with you all, never be Back to you.
