★★★★★ Love the scanning technology that this app has. This app is very user-friendly. This app is also the easiest, and fastest way to get all your medications refilled quickly. The only major hiccup is before placing my order, I must go through all my prescriptions so that the prescriptions with refills gets used up before starting a new prescription on file. 3rd review in 4 years. Not much has changed.

★★★★★ Easy to use. Saves a call to the pharmacy to check profile and refill information.

★★☆☆☆ App has so many bugs in it. Often I submit refills, and then I get to the store, and they tell me they have nothing ready for me. Trying to log in on desktop computer using same username, email address and password never lets me in. Constantly tells me wrong login information. Disappointing experience all the way around.

★★☆☆☆ Compared to other pharmacy apps, FoodCityRx is very lacking. There are many times it has shown meds were available for refill in the app, but when I would check if they were ready while at the store, they said the meds weren't able to be filled yet. Also, other pharmacy apps show more details about the patient such as vaccine info and allergies. The organization of the medicine in other apps is better than the layout of the FC Pharmacy app. Overall, the FC Pharmacy app needs a revamp.
