I am now smarter and lazier. After following that simple tutorial, I can now remotely: View my foo playlists, view which song is playing in real time, scrub through the song, and REMOTELY CONTROL FOO WITH THE NOTIFICATION WIDGET!! This is great for gaming as I now don't need to switch windows to change playlists! I love being a nerd and fiddling with stuff like this. *evil laugh* Also the user interface is snappy and thoughtfully designed 🦊

The best Foobar controller I've encountered and have been using for the past year. However, it appears development have stopped, and certain parts of the app is still very buggy, like the playlist creator.

Doesn't seem to be working anymore. Certainly on the developer's own admission it is no longer supported. The last update was three years ago.

Compared to the desktop version, foobar2000 for android is missing a lot of features I rely on. I can't shuffle playlists and then save the order. I can't select multiple folders to add to a playlist. I can't select multiple songs to move or add to a playlist. It's far less customizable and versatile than the desktop version.
