★★★★★ I absolutely love this app. It is among the best apps out there for language learning. It focuses on fundamentals of ear training to recognize and sound new words. It also facilitates retrieval (recall from memory) with custom flashcards associated with words. My absolute favorite aspect of the app is the one-on-one coaching sessions to practice speaking. Unbelievable that I can get this much value for such a reasonable price. Learning Japanese has been tremendously fun thanks to Fluent Forever.

★★☆☆☆ Just answered a questionnaire about why I left for 1 month free, but that's not what this company meant. It was a trick to set up another auto-subscription. Not cool at all. I left the FF app because it was buggy and I had no need of coaching or any other bells and whistles. The book and anki cards were enough. The app mimicking the same would have been enough. I also didn't say anything when the company deleted the "modify anki to fit FF parameters" guide to force people into the app.

★★☆☆☆ Does not work correctly on Android devices. I have a Spanish class at my school, and they were going to use Fluent Forever as a learning tool for the whole class, maybe even pay for it as well, but because of it not working on Android devices and the team's inability to resolve the issue our class of about 30 won't use the app. I don't feel the need to say any more then this because the sheer amount of 1-star reviews will tell you everything else you need to know before downloading Fluent Forever.
