Worst application on Earth. If you want to spoil the holiday for yours belongs - use it. I ordered flowers for my mother and the application displayed 2 hours delivery. After 3 hours I texted to support, and it turned out that the shop didn't even start making the bouquet yet. They sent me photo in an hour and I approved it. Then application displayed that I need to wait a couple of minutes for it to be delivered. I waited 2 hours. Texted to the support, and it turned out that it won't ever be.

I tried to order flowers the day before valentines to be delivered on Valentine's Day. Not only did my fiancé receive the confirmation text that they had been delivered, but they weren't even delivered. I then ask why and what's happening, I am then told the driver is out for delivery. I wait 2 hours until the time slot with no update or anything. I then put a DISPUTE in with no one even replying or bothering to help. They clearly don't read messages or reviews
