★★★★★ Easy to use. I meditate with the Sync tuition program & use unguided every time. The stats for brainwaves seem legit: when I'm visualizing in great detail Gamma is high; when focused on breathing awareness Theta is high; when not focused Beta is low. Like I said: legit. Breath coherence & relaxation stats are a great addition. Very happy with the app.
★★★★★ Just started with the headband and app. Had a little misconfiguration at first as I used the wrong strap and forgot my VPN was on. Everything, include customer service, has been fantastic. As I needed this for a combination of research and biofeedback, I am beyond impressed. There are a few ideas I have to help the app such as using AI to analyze the user's experience and potentially find clues to better apply the biofeedback. Other than additions, I must say, I AM AMAZED AND GRATEFUL!!!
★★☆☆☆ I Had problems downloading the app, it was not available in Google Play. Right and left brain activity is shown only during meditation, not recorded, distracting the meditation process and the information is lost at the end. Brain waves chart does not expand to allow panning when sessions are long (more than 100 min). App is too crowded, it could use better ways to display the data. The text used for explaining each session is boilerplate and does not provide specific results. Apr-27-22
★★☆☆☆ USELESS, NEVER ANYWHERE DOES IT SAY I NEED INTERNET CONNECTION, DEEMED USELESS THE FLOW TIME HEADBAND NOW, VERY PISS’D OFF !!!
