যে এই অ্যাপ বানিয়েছে ওকে জুতো দিয়ে মারা উচিৎ। সঠিক আইডি পাসওয়ার্ড দেওয়ার পরও লগইন করা যায় না। কর্তৃপক্ষের কেউ এই অ্যাপ দিয়ে কখনো টিকিট কেটেছে বলে মনে হয় না? অ্যামাউন্ট এর পরিমাণ দিয়ে বুকিং ফ্লাইট এর পেমেন্ট দেওয়া কতোটা হাস্যকর এবং বিরক্তিকর!!

খুব ফালতু এপ্যাস,তারা এপ এর মধ্যে টেকনিকাল প্রবলেম রেখে দিছে।আমি টিকেট সিলেক্ট করছি ৩-৭-২০২০ এর, পরে সেটা কনফার্ম করার পর দেখি ১ তারিখ হয়ে গেল।তাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করি,আমাকে ২ টি টিকেটে ৩৬০০ টাকা জরিমানা গুনতে হল।আমার প্রশ্ন ৩ তারিখ টি ১ তারিখ হল কিভাবে।তাদের চট্রগ্রাম অফিসে গিয়ে দেখি তালা মারা।ধান্দাবাজী করতে বসছে কেউ উনাদের কাছ থেকে টিকেট নিবেন না।
