We ordered the Fit Rx Wireless Massager due to a pinched nerve issue. When we originally tried to download the app, it said the app didn't support my phone, as the app was out of date. We continued through and used the massager without the app. I did email the brand because everywhere it said "download the app"... "do this in the app".... but wasn't supported with a newer phone. Within a few hours they had the app updated, and the pinched nerve issue was helped significantly with this massager.

After reading the other reviews, I agree that the problem indeed lies with the app only, not the unit at all. The app works doesn't work, works, doesn't work. So far I've spent more time trying to troubleshoot than actually getting any type of relief promised by the unit. The fact that the model I have cannot be used manually makes it 100% useless. Seems to me that your company needs to be working on an update to the app considering there are non answered reviews on here over 2 months old.

I have been using this device with no issues until recently, and it will not connect to the app. It says it's scanning, then scanning done, and it never works. It is very frustrating. Please fix this issue. My old back needs this device
