The Buys or Sells of Crypto or stocks are instantaneous. When Trading, the News feature helps one. I have found the support staff to be friendly, but professional, and very efficient. I do wish the time it takes when transferring cash from one's bank accounts to when the money is available to trade would be much faster. I don't understand the delays in that process. Also, I wish the list of Cryptos available to trade would grow. Overall, I am very pleased with FT!!! And recommend it.

Impossible to create an account, when sending a photo for verification, it resets back to the "create an account" so I'm stuck in a loop unable to sign up.

They blocked my money more than 6 years now!!!! The worst company I have ever seen. I sent all documents they asked a couple of times and still nothing. The best way to make trading impossible. As I'm NHS trust member no trust from this people. Luckily there are other platforms easy to verify your account. I using CMC market, IG and eToro.

I thought Robinhood was awful, at least they can finalize your account, so you can use it. I still have identification verification issues apparently, news flash I actually don't your app is just poorly made.

This app is trash and this company is also known for unethical and criminal business practice. Under EU privacy laws and in compliance with GB protects their data from Big Tech but not American citizens from the agents that represent this company who lure their victims off social media to private chats and swindle you for a small amount first. Then they demand more, or you cannot withdraw your funds. Their internal agents are trained by this company and the criminal activity is condoned
