★★★★★ Shopping vise it's a great app. But most of the time it runs very slow like if I click the product to view it takes so much time to load and to show the product. When I back it to view more options it takes time to load as well. I have to wait about 20 secs to view another product. I'm facing this problem from a year. I am requesting you to fix this asap.

★★☆☆☆ Absolutely disappointing. I ordered diaper on 5th Oct, and it showed expected deli yon 8th Oct whereas I still didn't receive the product on 11th Oct. Every day delivery is showing delayed. It is not at all accepted when an urgent product is getting delayed day by day and after raising concern even nobody calls from customer support.

I have ordered my requirements when delivery date was on 8th of this month, on late night of 8th, the delivery date was changed to 10th, on 10th I had complained, still delivery not done. On 11th means today it showed me that product was out for delivery. Some time later a message came showing fake reason that costumer denied for delivery, although no call from delivery agent, but I called him, no response from their side. Its horrible that you can't reach customer care.

Ecom express guys come for return pickup and have no image listed, customers are not sure which products to return out of return requested items. 2. After doing a wrong pickup, they won't return the money or help with exchange. 3. You can't select the only products you want to order from cart. 4. Cannot update mail ID in app with OTP being sent to mobile number etc. 5. Customer care cannot really resolve issues that we have
