I have used First Stop 2x, in both instances the response was very quick & professional. I called on a weekend when my grandchild was staying with us and had the crud, we spoke with the initial person who took our information, a few minutes afterward we received a call from a doctor who made a diagnosis and recommendations, a prescription was called in at our local pharmacy. The second time we used the service was much like the first, I recommend the service.

Seemless telehealth visit. My only issue is the same "storage" permission issue the previous reviewer mentioned. I granted all permissions available and updated the app. And still cannot download my note.

App will not let me create a new account? I filled out the first page and the next button will not let me advance?

The app asks you to set up, but then stops and won't let you proceed past your DOB. Just locked up.

Use this app cause it free to use threw my employer. Son was sick with fever of 101.0 so I try making an appointment the first appointment the doctor called me, but the connection was poor on his end, so he said he would call right back. After 40 mins of waiting and no call back. I made another appointment and still no call, finally after three attempts and no calls. I called the 800 number explained what happened to a lady named Diana she told me she would have a doc call Never received a call
